When a service goes down, a ticket is created. When the service comes back up, there will be an update in the same ticket.

With simple APIs, it's easy to get started. You can configure your own instance of Uptime Kuma to generate tickets, or use our Bash API to generate your own tickets when certain thresholds are reached.
